I'm not sure if I should admit it or not, but I'm waaaaay too old to go out and party like I use to on St. Pats Day. I don't even make the corned beef since no one in my family but me likes it. So, I suppose I'll be boring. I hope you all have better traditions than I do :) Let me know your plans!

Nothing special going on in my little town... Which if fine with me, because Styx & Darcy are calling my name to (RE)-finish their story!
I'm a bad irish girl - I don't like corned beef or beer. I do like irish whiskey though, so I guess that redeems me.
Happy St. Patrick's Day!!
Boring (but nice) night at home with the husband, the kid and the pugs here. We made green lemonade to make up for not making corned beef/cabbage.
I like that I am old enough to look forward to a great night to turn in early and read.
My daughter Rachel is an Irish Dancer and the only time we are wanted at events is on St. Patrick's Day. To say we were busy yesterday is an understatement. My daughter had her 15 mins of fame tho and she got to make an appearance on a local Dallas ABC station. Here's the link if anyone is interested: http://www.wfaa.com/video/gmtgeneral-index.html?nvid=342875&noad=yes My daughter is on the left in the bright orange (also my avatar).
Beannachtaí na Féile Pádraig oraibh! (Happy St. Pats Day!)
Mi lord it was unintentionally busy!
The birth of a baby girl,
celebration of two events!
(St. Paddy's Day / Family event)
there were a few parades and the weather was GORGEOUS!!!
Couldn't ask for more!
I don't mind corned beef and I hope you get to enjoy it, even if you buy just a lil!
We do love potatoes! Mashed are my fav...sometimes w/gravy so there's no lack of "Irish festivities"!
