Hi all, just returned from taking my mom on a short trip. We did all the fun girly things that mom and daughters do, shopping and eating and playing putt putt golf :) We had a great time. I'm back to writing, but I have to admit I'm beginning to regret not going to the RWA convention...sigh. I've always promised myself I'd go, but with two boys in college and my husband thinking about going back to college for his PhD, I think conventions are going to have to be put on the back burner for awhile.
Still I'd love to get any info if any of you are attending! Let me know what I'm missing :)

Lovely that you spent some quality time with your mum! Putt Putt is a classic and I'm sure there were many laughs and smiles!
It's hard to miss the conventions but other things (like money haha!), do seem to come first...
Hopefully you'll attend one soon!
Hope the writing is enjoyable and there are many fun surprises from the characters!
Don't know if you're into Harry Potter but HBP is a good, solid movie, you might enjoy! Does make you want to re-read the books!

Went to the midnight showing of HP with my two boys...its a tradition we NEVER miss :) Oh, we had such a blast!
