Fourth

Where's the summer going? Jeez, I can't believe it's already the first of July. I'm still working away, hoping to get Salvatore's story done by the end of the month...that's a little ambitious, but we'll see. I don't have any big plans for the fourth, what about you all? Picnic? Traveling? Hotdogs and fireworks?

Whatever you do, be sure and stay safe :)

I know - the summer is flying! My 4th of July ritual is a huge cookout/gathering with the friends on the river with swimming, boating and good times. Plus at some point I have to watch Independence Day (it's tradition), because Will Smith is just so fine in that movie!

I hope you have a great holiday as well!

My big adventure this holiday weekend will be stove shopping but I do plan to squeeze in a cookout and some fireworks!

P.S. I received my books from the Brenda Novak auction. Thanks!

Yes the summer is just flying by...I just celebrated Canada Day here on July 1 with a bbq of my own...wishing all those a Happy 4 of July...Although I am Canadian and live in Alberta..all my relatives are from the States..so I hope you all have a great day...

Yeah, Wendy, glad you got them! Hey, Jamie, a belated Canada Day! I'd love to visit Alberta, I've heard it was beautiful.

Your talk of summer is making me a tad envious. It's winter here in Australia and although I'm in North Queensland, so we're not talking icicles, I am here in my trakkie-daks, sweatshirt and feetie bedsocks. I hope you all have a brilliant 4th of July. I'm off to reread the series since I just finished book 4 and it's given me the urge to revisit the earlier ones.

You know it was blazing hot here and then on the fourth it suddenly turned rainy and downright cold...go figure! Certainly more a day to curl up with a good book than plan a picnic :)
