Yuck

OMG it's hot here. I mean swealtering, unbearable hot...or maybe I'm just a wuss :) I have a dozen things I need to do outside, including painting my trim and power washing the house, not to mention weeding my garden, but it just ain't gonna happen. I'd much rather sit in the ac and catch up on my reading! What are your July favs? I'm looking forward to Nalini Singh's book and of course Janet Evanovich (still waiting for it to come out on Kindle). What's on your buy list?

I feel your pain - it's sweltering here too! So far for July I'm looking forward to Blue Moon by Alyson Noel. It's a young adult fantasy book, but it should be pretty good.

I just picked up Janet Evanovich's latest - I will probably read that while I avoid the 100 degree weather tomorrow!

Oh, I hear you!!! Today was a beautiful sunny south Texas day – much cooler today than yesterday – yesterday was 105, today it’s only a measly 102!!!

My end of June/July list is growing by leaps and bounds. I’m headed to the book store next week for these beauties:

Rapture: Shadow Dwellers, Jacquelyn Frank
Breath of Fire, Tammy Kane
Desire Untamed (Feral Warriors), Pamela Palmer
Seduce the Darkness, Gena Showalter
Queen of Song and Souls, C.L. Wilson
Atlantis Unmasked, Alyssa Day
Branded By Fire, Nalini Singh

You all have exactly the same list as I do :) Although I have to admit I haven't heard of Pamela Palmer. New author??

In Texas where I live over 100 degrees in the summer is the norm. Thank goodness for air conditioning!

The book I most am looking forward to is Karen Marie Moning's "Dreamfever" which I believe comes out in a couple of months.
