I know it’s not Christmas yet…although it has been cold enough here! But, in celebration of getting my web site transferred and my new blog up and running I’m giving away an Advanced Review Copy of Darkness Revealed!!!
All I need you to do is tell me some of your favorite books you intend to buy in 2009! The first one off the top of my head is JR Ward’s next in her brotherhood series…
I’ll run the contest through Thanksgiving!!
Best of luck,Alex

Wow, first commentor.
The first book that comes to mind is Sherrily Kenyon's Dream Warrior book because she mentioned that Zarek would be back. We get to meet his son Bob!
I'm sure there are others but I haven't really woken up yet and a seven week old puppy wanting my attention.

Yours of course, and the new releases by Carrie Vaughn, Rachel Vincent, Jeaniene Frost, Lynn Viehl, Yasmine Galenorn, Cheyenne McCray, Kathryn Smith, Kelley Armstrong, Patricia Briggs, Charlaine Harris, Caitlin Kittredge, and so many others.
does it count all the MANY yet to buy from this year and before? lol
I've now been COMMANDED to read j.r ward...gena showalter's books are amazing!
Lara Adrian - Veil of Midnight and Ashes of Midnight. Are AUTO gets!
and I'm sure my 2 kwazy romance lovin' friends will keep recommending others to me! haha!
I REALLY hope I win! I can think of someone really deserving of it and in need of xmas cheer! lol
Otherwise: yours is auto buy as well! I have a WHOLE STACK now of debbie/alex books! haha
(hopefully I'll have my own published next year too!)
how about you alex? YAY for finishing twilight/seeing it! CAN'T WAIT to see edward 'sparkle'!!!
I hope you'll write what you thought of it! or if you can't - feel free to send me an email!!!
Let me think...
Frank, yours, Ward, Showalter...
Kenyon less because Stryker disappointed me...(though reading about Zarek made me REALLY curious)
Feehan is an auto buy too...
Enoch and of course Stephanie Laurens' story about Dalziel...
Lara Adrian, Alyssa Day
Oh and the new MacLean!! I got a change to read it already and it's wonderful...
Does the list ever end...??
Well, I'm definitely going to be purchasing the following books. Actually, I already have them pre-ordered (except for Christine Feehan - Amazon won't let me pre-order it yet):
Alexandra Ivy - Darkness Revealed
Christine Feehan - Dark Slayer
Jacqueline Frank - Ecstasy: The Shadowdwellers
I MIGHT be buying JR Ward's Lover Avenged. Her latest books aren't all that interesting. I wish that she would just stay on one storyline per book - but that's just me. I don't mind hearing about the other characters, but I want to hear more about who the book is supposed to be about.
It almost goes without saying that my first book purchase of 2009 will be Plum Spooky by Janet Evanovich. Well, maybe not the first, but the first big release I'm looking forward to!
Books are always on my wish list. Some are books that are coming out and some new authors that I just discovered and want to read more off...
Bone Crossed: Patricia Briggs
Smooth Talking Stranger:Lisa Kleypas
A Mercy : Toni Morrison
Nickel And Dimed:Barbara Ehrenreich
Skin Trade: Laurell K Hamilton
Tales of Beedle the Bard:J.K Rowling
That's it for now. It will probably expand... =]]
